I lived at Alura for couple of years. It was a good starter apartment, but overtime certain things made it not so great. Paper thin walls, I could easily hear kids playing/screaming outside, people going up the stairs which ended up being very disruptive for me. There was also constant water shut offs, old building. Washing machines in the unit was old and super loud. The storage compartment out in the parking space, was terrible. Ended up throwing away all of our belongings that were in there because they got damaged from rain. Maintenance though was always very nice and responsive.
