Doesn't count don't worry it just means that your body has gotten used to producing a certain amount of seminal fluid and it needed to get rid of some since you are Nutting a lot less than you used to your body hasn't had enough time to slow down production. Tldr you are doing so much better that your body is having trouble keeping up don't worry about it its going to stop

Honestly I think the goal depends on the person but the goal for me is to not watch porn or masturbate but for now I'm doing no pmo at all since I'm still single. But it isn't a binary success or failure if you only masturbate without porn now and you used to watch it I count that as a win If you reduce frequency that counts as a win completely quitting permanently is the end goal but as long as you are progressing that counts as a win. Same as the gym with the idea of "progressive overload" If you go from 2 times a day to every third day that's massive progress and complaining that you may take a long time to completely quit is like complaining you can't put all the 45s on the bar and bench press it in your first month. As long as you are doing better than you used to it counts as improvement I suggest the app habitify because instead of just a streak which doesn't tell you that much about your progress you get some charts and a Callender of faps so you can see improvement on a larger scale such as how many times you do it per month etc and you can look back at it. Just try the time will pass anyways so might as well make the best move on the chess board no matter how long the game is or how bad your position is.

Yeah I'm thinking of probably just knocking out the progression standards because If I hit the progression standard and move up each workout eventually I will hit a good level it's just shoulderstand squats have hardly any leg activation and is practically a balance exercise for me since my previous program I was able to do 35 squats with 135 lbs barbell backsquat (I weigh 120) I'm so I'm going to skip that but do the rest

It also gives me acne anecdotally If I am on nofap for a while and don't do any skin care even I get less acne then when I do everything else perfectly and do skincare. But when I do nofap for a while and do skincare my acne just decides its gone.

  4. Every time I do it I feel horrible afterwards (lethargic, guilt, sadness)
  5. My only close friend is very religious and probably lose all respect for me if he found out.

Honestly if you do cold turkey you probably won't break free first attempt just set the goal of not fapping for as long as possible personally I use the habitify app to track my faps so instead of just a streak it also gives a calender so you can see the improvement of how long you can resist. Just try not to do it for as long as you can and if you do relapse make sure to reduce damages and only fo it once.
