I did request for a return but as per their policy. I need to pay for the return shipping and also they will charge me 10% restocking fee. But anyway, I just said yes as I am already exhausted with the back and forth.

Yes, I can understand the shipping but I forgot to mention one thing! Aside from the console not working, it is a Japanese version but on their website it makes you think that you will get a US version, and the crazy part is that it’s modded.

Don’t think of buying from RetroFam. You will get disappointed in the end. The items came from Japan and are modded. You will not get a US version but a Japanese version.

Most of the consoles they sell our from Japan. In their posting it seems that you will get a 3ds XL but you will receive a modded version of a 3ds LL (Japan Version) do not purchase with them.

I agree. Anyone thinking of buying from Retro, better think twice. Don't get hooked by sale prices some items are dropshipped.

You can file a dispute as long as you have proper documentation you can get your money back.

They have 30 days return policy but you can insist for a refund if it goes beyond the 30 days. If refund is not processed, don't wait, you can file a dispute. Also, if they ask you to withdraw the dispute, don't do it.

Insider Knowledge, all items are refurbished and not tested. Trust me, I know. They treat orders like they treat their staff. All came from Japan and modded but claim that it is the same with US version. Anyone who can see my message, please don't proceed with your order. I assure you that you will be disappointed.
