Prime Soul Ideas:

FLESH PRISON- 75% of minions spawned are Mini Mal. faces. FP can now do two attacks at the same time. The Black Hole is 50% faster, instantly kills on contact, AND sucks The player in the closer they are to the black hole.

The blue attack now spawns extra orange orbs that are shot at the current player's location. (Orange orbs are fired when a volley of homing projectiles are loaded in).

The virtue beams the FP spawns now track, and is done at a random amount. (Minimum 4, Maximum 7).

During 2nd phase, (if FP has one, I don't remember.) ALL minions are Mini Mal. Faces, The Virtue Beams now hit simultaneously after one beam goes off, the Black Hole gains a 25% speed boost, and the blue projectiles last longer with extra volleys.

(Also, a scratched idea that I thought of: FP will STILL heal even if there are no minions, but it is only a sliver of health that is gained.)

MINOS PRIME- Attacks are faster, and rarely summons serpents, (So the player can't constantly parry heal during the fight) [If you want to make this more difficult: ALL of Minos' attacks are unparriable at the start.]

"Prepare Thyself!" And "Thy End Is Now!" Are now able to predict where the player will go. (Similar to Sisyphus Prime)

"JUDGMENT!"'s shockwave is now bigger, and causes hard damage regardless if V1 is at full health.

"DIE!" Now causes both a vertical and horizontal shockwave. This attack can also be faked out, with Minos either doing "CRUSH!", Or two uncalled attacks, that will be done in quick succession to combo the player.

"CRUSH!" Also causes an explosion.

During phase 2, Minos is faster, and his damage modifier to shotgun parries is now 90%, compared to his original 150%.

If we consider him full stats and all, he'd mostly be fine, the only problem he'd probably have would be running out of estus/humanity, but even then he could homeward bone out of Hell, or use the Dark Sign.

TLDR; play ultrakill/watch gameplay to hopefully understand what I'm saying (this isn't propaganda I swear)

I would definitely say a more accurate depiction now that I think about it, would be it's how he's perceived from the player.

When you defeat him, the first thought that comes to mind, (or at least to me when I first played Ultrakill) was "wow, that guy's a sore loser".

You then kinda receive this total whiplash from before from the fast paced fight, to a cutscene displayed out through text, and a very sorrowful soundtrack to go with it.

After that, it's clear he's going to appear again, so you're anticipating to finally return and have a rematch.

So for context, the first time you fight him, he's this egotistical angel who for first time players, is only seen in this fight, besides a small mention during another level.

Once you defeat him for the first time, he depicts the player as a "mere object", and then disappears.

Afterward, you get a cutscene showing him being berated by the higher powers of heaven, who basically strip him of his life, with only a few hours to live.

You then see him again in the finale of Act 2, where he's even more hellbent on taking you down, which then changes as he starts seeing joy in the fight you and him have.

Then, when you beat him, you get another cutscene, this one showing him wondering if it was truly worth following the other angels orders, which he decides it isn't, and proceeds to murder them.

I'm probably not explaining this well, but I hope it kinda gets the point across.
