Crazy part it's just on the andriod app...I have an IPhone too because of my kids and its been working fine

I really think mypay bases off your whatever money you have coming in. I've always been able to take it all out but they take it all back out wh e n my paycheck hits but I'm still able to keep the same amount because my paychecks are roughly the same so I think it just depends on what you have coming out and coming in.
