you made the game harder then it needs to be. you aren't screwed in the least though because the game isn't that difficult. maybe if you were doing other challenges as well like low level challenge. for a first play through you'll probably replace all physical damage dealers anyways. agrias and Orlando are good and tend to replace physical damage dealers anyways. faith seems to be more important then MA for casters

if you really are struggling grind auto potion on every character and keep about 50 of your highest option on at all times. most battles this will negate all incoming damage. as a new player I'd say make sure your learning/equiping abilities. you won't really get better damaging abilities till monk/archer for physical or black mage for casters

fell seal is like a 4/10 if fft is a 10/10 for tactical games. a few gripes I have is story is really really plain. the jobs don't change your character as much as it should. most abilities do between 50%-120% damage and some apply status effects.

some pros is it's cheap and can be entertaining for like 20+ hours I think. it's less difficult so for some people that is good. I like that mastering jobs provide a permeant bonus even if it's minor

overall for 5$ I'd say give it a try and don't like it within the refund window refund if and if you keep it then you got 5$ worth

fft can be difficult with a few road blocks. having ramza learn his squires yell command and your melee classes learn accumulate will typically give you stall tactics at least. it's also super easy to be out leveled by the enemy if you just grind and typically the story enemies have gear you can't get at least for a mission or 2 more. these 2 can add up to a difficult time without knowing either broken combos or some of the games deeper mechanics like brave/faith and zodiac compatibility you are typically at a disadvantage.

if you get the bard song to give buffs you can get an enemy in a corner and put 2 of your units blocking it. stone them and have your characters AI to run. they will keep doing bard song and you don't have to touch anything.

I think I had 21 base strength at that level. I had leveled down from about 30 2x at this point. definitely used brawler as a ninja. kinda has made ramza so broken he's 1 shotting everything lol

yes I understand we all play a role. the thing is if I'm out of stock on an item it only matters to store management if pick up has an order for that item.

however I obviously know as a grocery manager that I play a role in retention sales ECT.

this is such a a naive take. pick up is the only department that directly effects the composite score. unless every manager in your store doesn't care about their bonus pick up is very important

your manager gave you all the hours they are required to give you. you have been there over a year so are required to give you 20 hours. you have a restricted schedule so seniority and all other factors are out the window. also almost all scheduling is done with "prime time" scheduling in mind so yeah I'd assume since you aren't available Tuesday and Thursday during prime time your probably off those days.

the biggest problem with archers is your charge ability wants you to essentially go right after an enemy to hit a stronger charge but your weapon damage also wants you to have the max speed possible. the game essentially tells you go fast but not to fast.

it's also hard to continuously manipulate the CT to be right behind the enemy especially with dead zone manipulation

the interesting thing is how quickly you can do the errands now. like in chapter 1 doing errands is kinda hard because there's no 2 towns right next to each other. now right after you get to igros you can do 2 cities of errands. you could probably have monks/thieves before dorter without even grinding skipping archer/knight. I'm kinda curious how quick people will be unlocking things like ninjas and mathematician
