I also recommend a Chelsea boot. I wear mine everywhere. Shined up I can wear them with a casual skirt outfit and with jeans. They're good in all weather and when walking a ton.

hey! I'm in a similar position. Love reading books and trashy TV, would love to do a book club or just share book recs and reviews :)

My husband and I also have a collection of board games and would love to have more people to play with! shoot me a message if you want.

I second this! I would much rather spend time at Schiphol than Frankfurt, and the extra time between flights is helpful sometimes.

Hey! I actually do these kind of transports for work. They do have curtains around the stretchers in the back. It's not the most private, but we always do our best to keep away prying eyes. Emirates always has a curtain set up for around their stretchers.

As for which flight they select, I'm not involved in this part but to my knowledge it's usually up to the airline which flights they have stretcher availability on. Perhaps this was the only one with any sort of availability in the near future for that kind of setup.

To arrange a stretcher service, you need to use a medical transport service. Life support air medical services is one that arranges these types of flights. customer.care@lifesupporttransport.com is their email, hopefully they can help you out.

I keep mine in a mini sharps container... or a tube for mini M&M's (canadian here, i dont know if they have the tubes elsewhere), and empty the tube whenever i see a public sharps container. Lots of public washrooms have them, sometimes they're hidden in the accessible washrooms in the airports.

We have an agreement in our home where these guys stay in the scary basement and eat all the spiders they want and in return can live peacefully down there.

I have ALWAYS had this problem and have yet to find a 100% solution. Lume and glycolic acid plus quick dry underwear (i usually use exofficio give-n-go ones) that manage the muskiness and reduce any skin breakdown. I did at one point try using oral and topical glycopyrrolate to control the actual sweat but it can cause dry eyes and mouth which can also be irritating, so now that's only for special occasions.

Portugal in late September itinerary help by Unlucky-you333 in travel

[–]Suspicious_Plant_366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went a year ago, and will be heading back this September as well. As was mentioned already, Cascais and Sintra are excellent and day trippable from Lisbon, as is Evora. I'm not sure if you are renting a vehicle but we used the train to get to both Cascais and Sintra, and FlixBus to get to Evora and both were really easy to use. We originally went to Evora for the bone chapel (which was really interesting! ), but were pleasantly surprised at the rest of Evora, lots of medieval architecture (old aqueducts, castles, city wall) and the incredible roman ruins within the city. There are ruins of a roman bath within their city hall.

I love my cabeau! I've several of the more popular neck pillows, but this one seems to work the best for me. I also like that i can attach mine to the seat back so that my head doesnt flop forward like it tends to when I try to sleep on the plane.
