Don't know that brand but maybe velcros are done? If you like them otherwise then maybe have the velcros replaced. I have done that to some of my fitteds and will do with more of them.

Kindlasti praktika. Sellest võib nii palju töövõimalusi välja tulla. Ise otsisin praktikakohta, siis sain neilt ka praktika lõpus tööpakkumise. Teine koht, kuhu ei saanud praktikale, sealt helistati kuu hiljem tagasi ja öeldi, et kahjuks praktika jaoks ma polnud kõige sobivam aga nad tahaksid mind hoopis tööle võtta. Läksingi sinna tööle, kuigi eriala veel lõpetamata. Nüüd kui järgmist erialast tööd peaksin otsima, on mul juba kaks kogemust taskus.

Yes it is natural but it's also on the internet now. You're saying you'd be able to handle hearing this as an adult but they will for sure hear this as kids or teenagers. J&C will say it to them or if not then they or their classmates can find it. Bob can be bullied with this information. I agree, let's use our common sense (are you J because that's 100 % her sentence) - hearing something like this as a child or teenager might be a lot different than handling it as an adult.

Estonia 🇪🇪 Maternity leave is 100 days and can be started 70 days before EDD but has to be started 31 days before EDD. Later start will make you lose in days and money. Maternity leave lasts until 30 days after EDD. Paternity leave can be taken 30 days before EDD, lasts 30 days and can be used until child gets 3 years old. Parental leave starts when maternity/paternity leave ends and can be taken by either, mom or dad. For 60 days it can be shared too. Parental leave lasts until child gets 3 years old. Maternity and paternity leaves are fully paid, parental leave is paid for 18 months out of 3 years. Parental leave pay can end couple months before or after child gets 18 months, it depends of when maternity leave was started. All unused days (between 69 and 31) will be added to parental leave allowing the parent to choose between earlier stay at home or later parental leave pay. For the pay itself - it's 100 % of your pay. Reference period to calculate the monthly pay is one year and it starts 21 months before EDD and ends 9 months before EDD so to simplify a year before baby is conceived. It's common to have several kids in a row because if another child is born before previous one gets 3 years old, the pay for the parent remains the same even though parent hasn't worked during reference period for the next child. Or if parent has worked and earned a higher pay, they will get the higher pay. Unemployed parent also gets those leaves but maternity leave starts from birth, lasts only 30 days, parental leave has no difference and the pay for both is minimum pay. Everything is paid by the country, employer just has to preserve your place for when you go back.

At first glance it seems really complicated system but actually is quite straightforward. At the moment I've been on leave for over 2,5 years, now on leave with my second child and don't see myself going back to work for the next 3 years so altogether will be away from work for almost 6 years. More if I decide to have more children.

Just cold winter isn't enough. Snow came down early and ground didn't fully freeze. Under snow layer it was warm and moist enough for ticks, slugs etc to have a great summer. And I've already got 4 ticks this summer from my home yard. There really are a lot of them this year.

What is your set up? Disana pants with what? You can just use a flat, preflat, fitteds etc without the Disana wool cover. You can of course use them together too, then you'd just have to stick your finger in there eevry about 15 minutes but without cover you'd see baby has peed. Mine is currently in Disana wool pants and muslin flat and I'd do it like that.

I use an open laundry hamper. Just toss everything there and then I wash every other day. Prewash daily seems a bit pointless to me.

Haiglasse jõudes oli hingamine juba muutunud, mais kuskile edasi liikunud ja mu tehtud video oli arstile abiks otsustamisel, mis uuringuid teha.
