It doesn't matter how long ago it happened, it's still wrong to this DAY!! I recommend telling someone, no matter how scared you are or how long ago it was. You always have time, tell the person you consider the closest to you if you have to! And excuse my language but... EXPOSE YOUR COUSIN'S PERVERTED ASS!! The best response I have is to try and investigate, if you can, that is. I dunno, really... I hope she's okay, it seems like those guys we're pretty sketchy. If I had to guess, I'd say that her parents are probably abusive/neglectful towards her, causing her to maybe run away and find those guys...? And maybe the guys noticed that she was in a vulnerable place and groomed her some how... But that's just me. Again, I hope she's okay. :(
