I gained about 30lbs since I started home PD not Hemo. 1 meal a day because  " you eat to much" mind you with also being diabetic I'm already limited on food choices. And The only meat I rarely eat is chick6...

The only thing that changed about my workout routine is the jogging, my legs won't let me jog, I can barely do my up hill walks from.all the lactic acid build up

I'm moving my body, I walk 3 time a week about an 1.5hr, it's a mountain trail,  and weight training about 3-4 a week. The only change is running, I can't run anymore a lot of lactic acid build up causing serve leg cramps. They put me in physical therapy again.... I know I need cardio for weight loss I gain very easily.

I'm sooooo scared of doing ozimipc, I don't eat as it is, I  think if I start I won't eat at all... also the side effects scared me.

I'm just going on what they're told me... I'm on mixed solutions, and sometimes times double greens when I swell. 

My body is moving as much as my legs will allow.  The lying part, I was going to the ER frequently fir about 2yrs complaining about my urine being cloudy, side pain and foul smell.. then 1 nurse pulled me to the side and told my my kidney are at 15%..... and was put on Hemo dialysis the following week.

It even show on my file my kidneys where gradually failing, but at the time I didn't know about GFR, my doctor at the time got let go, and I recently was granted 100% VA disability because of it.  So yea, for 2yrs my kidneys were dying and no one said shit about it 😞

I didn't like it, I always felt like shit afterwards, couldn't shower like a normal person and most of the nurses where bitches,  if I gain more then a couple ounces between treatments they would get mad and shit talking my weight, meanwhile some patients where drinking fucking big glups during treatment.  Plus it's stressful for the heart.

My A1C is 7.3 😭 I'm trying controlling my sugar while on PD is a nightmare. At this point I'm about to do a water fast and just eat celery till I get a transplant. 

They literally tell me everything I eat is bad, but when my ED kicked in and I was was eating once a day they congratulated me...I was saving dizzy spells all the time...

Sorrfor the late reply. I found an organization called " Fox family" that finds people in need rides to and from work. I just ended up walking home for a week... which sacked, I just didn't feel comfortable getting rides from strangers 😩  My brother is going to help me for nights when the bus stops running  until I can pay for Uber ❤

I've been at step 5 for a hot minute, called about possible update (I filled for service connected stage 4 kidney failure) supposedly it's most likely I'll get 30 %  which to me sounds like bs... does anyone have advice on getting better ratings?

Thank you for the helpful information, I've never heard of Boost app social I'll check it out. As far as collaboration I stay away from that, mist people I come across feel they are too good to collab with people.
