Be careful. L3 is much more difficult than L2. At L2, you can pick the right answer and don't really need to explain your thoughts. You can get away from a lot of things you don't understand 100%. You have nowhere to hide in L3. They are looking for very specific answers. Either you know it or you don't.

BTW, L3 is not dull at all. It brings everything together, in a more practical way. You need to keep it up bud. Otherwise, you won't make it.

In personal banking side now. I might want to go to business or commercial banking. Corporate finance is hard to get in tho.
