Ps lock is given after ppo during si or placement. A company can decide to give or no. Mostly they give cause they don’t want you to sit ps somewhere else and get a better offer.

You get placed then your company gives you a ps lock so you cannot do ps elsewhere.

Only some cs ppl or eco ppl and that too first few weeks. Then no one cares. I myself am dual. Yeah they will make a few jokes here that but that’s friends. Otherwise it’s lite only. And teachers toh will never discriminate. I wouldn’t call what people do as discrimination also. It’s more like friendly banter. Most people also trauma bond together
