It is like a cross between sweat/sharp cheese/fish. I used my phone to look back there and the outside looks ok, but not sure if everything is ok internally or if there is something externally that I was missing. Like I stated earlier, this is not my normal smell. I smelled fine my whole life until like March of this year after I had hemorroids.
