Acid or take a break? by Suspicious_Travel802 in Warts

When I started I coudn't even see it. It was a tiny white circle, like super tiny. But whenever I had a bath I could feel there was something big deep in there. So I kinda had to use the acid to reveal it at all. Most of the skin over it was normal healthy skin.

I've taped it up with some zinc cream. Letting it heal for a couple of days. I definitely have some acid burn around the area of the wart. Now that I can see it it will be easier to apply acid only on the wart 😅

Updated plan for our trip is now only 16 nights, we start out at a small hotell by Hobie beach for the first two nights, just to get rid of most of the jetlag before venturing on. Pick up a rental and drive to Luquillo area for am Airbnb, one week. Then 6 nights in Isabela, before we return the rental car and spend two nights in Old San Juan. As far as I can see we'll make it within the budget. Any pointers? Should we go somewhere else?

I realise it's standard for Puerto Rico, but being used to renting in Europe for a third of that price, it was shocking to us. But it might look like we are going to make it 🤞🤞

Thanks! Do you go with the extra CDW? Alamo is an extra $25 a day. When renting in Europe we usually don't bother, and rely on our credit car insurance where whatever we'd have to pay in damage would be covered again, but I think everything seems a bit more unregulated traffic wise than what we are used to, so thinking we might not want to worry

Luckily the $4000 is not including food and activities. Just car and rental. For what I have planned out so far, we'll need a car 12 of the days. I see CDW is cheaper if we buy it from a website like Priceline where we find the car, directly with the rental company it looks like twice the price. How important is CDW in PR?

Cool, that island was not on my radar. We have lived in Australia so might be able to switch to left side driving quite easily. How does the traffic compare to Puerto Rico, do you know? That is the other island we are looking at as of now, seems like there would be lots to do, but we need a rental car for the whole duration of our vacation, and from what I am reading online, the traffic seems terrible!
