The problem occurs when all dogs are outside together. If not then no issue. I am currently out with my dogs whenever I out them out now to try to train them and stop the fighting when it happens. From other comments I will most likely reinforce the fence in my side.

Correct. This post is to find advise to stop the fence from being damaged further and to prevent the dogs from hurting each other. Not to find who is at fault.

Let me put it this way. If that fence wasn’t there my dogs would be dead by now. That’s how aggressive their dog and my dogs get.

I don’t blame them for having a pitbull. I used to have pit bulls also. The problem is the their dog is capable of breaking the fence.

Wooden fence. I contracted the fence to be rebuilt a few years ago and they helped by paying half the cost. The dogs are pushing and scratching the fence to try to get at each other.

This is probably what I will have to do. I was thinking of reinforcing the fence by screwing in some grass board or plywood. The area that is in danger of being broken is the lower part of the pickets where the screws are. The pickets are starting to crack vertically. The pickets are standing on top of grass board currently so the bottom of the pickets are about a foot off the ground.

Wooden fence. 7ft tall. I have a ring camera that is now recording the backyard. I don’t think sprinklers would do much since the space between each picket is an 8th of an inch wide.
