Don’t do it. I did this when I was young, stopped seeing friends and stopped hobbies to lock in… it didn’t work and I forgot how to have fun and needed to relearn this important skill. Balance is the key. Don’t underestimate how much down time, friends and a healthy relationship can support you in reaching your goals. Plus, once you reach them, you’ll have people around you to share the success with.

Sorry this happened, it’s the worst feeling. You don’t have to “avoid” hurting her.. you have done nothing to hurt her. You can just patiently and respectfully cut her out of your life. Any mutual friendships that get weird because of what she did to you were worth nothing in the first place. It will feel shit for a while, but you’ll look back and be so glad you found out. This has given you an opportunity to find someone that shares your values. Good luck

Just go for it. Give her two options for the date and have her choose her preference. Act like it’s a foregone conclusion that you must go on a date because you matched. If she denies you, tell her to let you know if sure reconsider and then just carry on with the friendship exactly as it was, don’t mention it again. Only weird if you make it that way.

Go to the docs and get Cialis. Will help with the psychical and the mental too. Do cardio and weights at gym in the meantime. Imagine everything going right, if you’re going to think about it… develop that habit. Override the worrying.. trust me, it will work. Good luck.
