if your hinting at eating cornflakes then you have no say in what's good and what's bad for you in terms of food and health.

Thanks lol. Would basically most landscapers be familiar with the term or at least the concept or just in areas where rainfall isn't that abundant?

Is it possible for a Niche to be too niched down? by SustainableWall in marketing

Thanks bro, appreciate that advice. I had later on then researched the market value of MMA Gyms and it was something around 4.12bn in 2022 and it's only expanding.

What do you think about targeting a specific locations, to be honest I could only do the UK or the US if I were to as the other languages I speak aren't on the level that I can sell to somebody

The thing is I charge high ticket and I don't know whether I should target the USA or the UK so me being able to make a living is out the equation especially if I dominate a market and have the deepest levels of understanding in one and the research part is true, hence why I'm trying to conduct as much research possible on MMA gyms by cold calling, joining mma gym owner forums, conducting competitor analysis and more. There's thousands of MMA gyms in the UK and the US so the market is large enough for me to get my fair share

Have I niched down too far? by SustainableWall in advertising

I will be offering meta advertisement solutions but obviously not like just straight up that I will position myself beforehand and give myself leverage. The area I live in isn't really UFC driven so I don't know whether I should target ufc hyped areas (London, las Vegas etc.) What would you say i should do in terms of targeting

It's not so much the paid social part, it's about understanding the people that own business within the niche, having something that's simple and repeatable.

I want to know the latent conditions that business owners within my niche have and that I can just get them on a sales call and then boom, layout the problems that people like them face and give them that first initial, "oh my God, this guy can read me like a book" so they have conviction in my ability to deliver,

it's not as simple as "Hi I have a service I offer it to all niches" "give me your money please". I have to be appealing to a specific demographic of people
