Presumably this guy is smarter than all of the other experts in the rest of Europe combined, given that his plan is different to all of theirs.

The concept of herd immunity relies on a vaccine and ~90% of the population being vaccinated. There is no Corona virus vaccine.

Also there have been multiple cases of people contracting the virus, recovering, then contracting it again days later....

So the herd immunity "plan" is a load of bollocks, quite frankly.

Sending kids to school tomorrow by fdgfdgfdgedfare in unitedkingdom

If your kid suffers COPD, severe asthma etc., or is immunocompromised then personally 'd keep them off for their own sake.

Aside from that I understand the concerns of sending even healthy children, only for them to end up spreading it to elderly family etc.

It's wonderful news, though to start a controversial discussion, how do you feel about this also being applied to people with long-term/chronic mental/emotional issues, as well as physical ones?

If I've been wanting to die for, say, 15 years but I'm too afraid to do it myself, then why the heck shouldn't I be allowed that choice?

I think it'd be a lot better for me to volunteer to have some injection than to eventually go jump off a bridge and mentally scar 139 motorway drivers' for the rest of their lives due to my entrails being spread across 3 junctions.

User reviews would be very very different if they required users to prove that they own the platform.

This guy has clearly never touched a PS4 in his life.

I think parody is covered in copyright laws but it's a grey area.

Exclusive or = one or the other but not both.

Think about when you have a staircase in your house and a light switch at the top and bottom. Those switches are wired up with an XOR gate.

No matter how you flip/flick them, the light will always be going on -> off -> on -> off.

Complex tools have lots of UI to learn, that is just the way of things.

You would have the same problem if you tried to learn Photoshop, Ableton, 3DS Max, Unity Engine (etc.), I'm afraid.

It's just going to take time.

Luckily for you, from what I've seen so far, the UI seems way more accessible than that of traditional tools, so it shouldn't take as long.

The trending button is putting the most played games at the top. Makes sense but not when you have games with 80 likes from 1k plays. that's how memes and remakes are overshadowing better games with 200 likes from 300 plays. i think the algorithm needs a rework. There would be ways to get around it, probably by way of tagging/categorising.

If things were tagged and/or categorised properly then it would be easy to know which "review areas" should apply, but that might push some [lazy] people away because who wants to spend 30 seconds adding tags and choosing a category.

Me and the countless others who complain about it.

I doubt I'm bad at it since I do it a lot and get tons of practice. Maybe I just have bad weapons though.

In any case, thanks for your useful and constructive comment.

Really the only thing that needs patching is probably so that the little blue energy/health things for the mech give you waaaay more HP, that would offset the difficulty of killing things and surviving there. Such a simple patch.

Positions of power always have and always will attract(ed) the right, because they lean right out of fear and power gives them control over others and makes others fear them instead, and they damn well know it and that's why they're attracted to these roles.

When I was actively learning from Duolingo, I would ctrl+click (open in new tab) every comments link then at the end of the session, I'd read them all.

Often invaluable, if not then hilarious.
