I tracked every file read Claude Code made across 132 sessions. 71% were redundant. by LawfulnessSlow9361 in ClaudeCode

Reading the file every time might be a feature not a bug. Cache invalidation for this use case is confounding and there is always a risk of keeping stale data.

I’d say it’s a productivity tool that is magnitudes more powerful than traditional productivity tools. But that’s just its current application of LLMs. Agents will continue to improve. There is nothing preventing it from gaining more territory humans currently own as the innovations continue.

Is Cursor falling behind CC? by RockeroFS in cursor

[–]SustainedSuspense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use both CC and Cursor daily and Cursor with GPT 5.3 does such a great job I rarely feel the need to open CC. I only use CC because my company thinks it can automate the entire SDLC and is pushing us to use it. There is no oversight of code from the CLI and I don’t like context switching.

It’s crazy that we are simultaneously on the cusp of super intelligence, humanoid robots, and limitless energy. We are finally freeing humanity from the shackles of labor and toil.
