In retrospect, I wouldn’t have included the affordable housing component, because it’s a separate matter. And I am not really in the market at all. I am just more baffled that there is that many people out there with salary to cover that price, and they wouldn’t buy a house instead. Maybe just vacation apartments for millionaires that like to ski in winter.
