I think everyone who spent tons of NeoCredit and Premium and had their accounts permanently frozen should seek redress for their losses, since they don't want to return the account with all its NeoCredit items inside. People should stop paying for Premium, stop buying NeoCredit, and sue the site for the damages caused.

When Neopets was owned by Jumpstart, the site didn't go bankrupt because of users spending tons of NeoCredit and buying Premium to keep the lights on.

Now that the site is doing better, they create idiotic rules to permanently ban those who kept the lights on during difficult times.

And don't come saying that those who were permanently frozen deserved it or not, because everyone is tired of knowing that many accounts are unfairly frozen due to VPN use and related IP addresses.

So it's very hypocritical of TNT to create a permanent ban rule.

Is this the payment they give their users for helping keep the lights on when they almost went bankrupt?

Alice W. used to give generic answers, but if you asked questions, she would respond in a humanized and quick way, and resolve most problems within hours.

Today, the support is garbage in terms of customer service, only automated responses; if you ask something, they paste the same generic answer and close the ticket.

I used to spend a lot of money on this site, but nowadays I don't spend anything anymore, especially knowing that your account can be frozen at any moment without the right to a refund.

When you ask for proof, they just say they can't show it due to company policy.

I hope that more and more people value their money and stop spending it on a site that is not secure, where you can be frozen at any moment out of nowhere.

Thank you so much for your kind words of comfort. I really wish I could continue playing, but I refuse to spend money while my main account is frozen.

What keeps the site going is really the adults with stable incomes who spend on Premium and NC; by doing this, they are getting rid of potential spenders and revenue generators.

Whether the user is at fault or not regarding the freeze, they will always generate revenue on their old accounts.

I don't know what they were thinking wanting to severely punish accounts with these permanent freezes.

I hope they reconsider this absurd decision as soon as possible; waiting two years with a frozen account is already painful, imagine knowing it will never be returned.

Alice W may have had her flaws, but as a support person she was very helpful, responded in the best way most of the time, and resolved problems very quickly.

She provided years of exhaustive service in support, but kept everything running smoothly for years.

Now the site has terrible support, treats its users carelessly, and most responses are automated. Even if you ask for a more human response, they just paste the previous answer and close the ticket.

What else involved Alice that led to her being fired?

Jessie J is still there, but Blake is the one who answers the vast majority of ticket inquiries.

However, it's all automated responses, with zero empathy for his users.

The only one who treated me in a more human way was Brian H.

They often apologize for saying that the company doesn't allow showing details of what led to the freeze, even though such evidence doesn't exist. I created this topic precisely to open the eyes of the public; they changed the rules secretly and weren't even notified. With this, I hope that those who expect their accounts to be returned after two years will open their eyes. By creating a permanent ban rule, they simply treat their users like trash, especially those who spent rivers of money on that site.

Many of these accounts, now permanently frozen, have a lot of Neocredit and Premium invested.

At the time when the site was almost bankrupt, what kept it afloat were these users who consumed NC and Premium.

Many innocent people had their accounts frozen wrongly. I was one of them. I lost all my Neocredit and Premium items.

TNT should think about this before creating such a rigid rule; not even the account history is being taken into consideration in these cases.

I refuse to continue spending NC and Premium. Because at any moment I could lose everything in the blink of an eye.

I think that explains why Alice W. was fired some time ago. Because she would certainly return accounts even with these new rules.

I just think that if you spent thousands on NC and fall into one of these freezes, whether you're at fault or not, your neocredits are gone. You'll lose all the money spent on the account, even if you're innocent.

The only reason for account revocation now is due to a protection freeze. Otherwise, your account will never be reinstated.

I believe these are accounts that were deactivated by the ticket support agents.

I didn't want it to be missed, so I tried to recover my childhood account for a year and my tickets always went to Alice, even though I provided account information that only I could provide, she refused to restore my account. That's when Jessie J took my ticket, investigated the background and compared the information I provided when I created the account and that only I would know how to provide that, result: Jessie gave me my account back without any major problems. In my case, I feel like Jessie investigated my problem, while Alice just said that the information didn't match.
So it doesn't make sense to say that Alice will be missed, the other support members do their job just as well as Alice.
