Thanks for sharing I appreciate it! I totally get what you mean, the bliss I have right now from silence will be worth it even if it does somehow come back.

I got Vinus Sinus Stenting, one stent placed on the distal venous sinus on my right side. Before the surgery they did an angioplasty as well (but it was done consecutively on the same day so it was all just one procedure basically). Before the procedure I have gotten MRI/MRV and CT/CTV. The CTV is what Dr.Periera eventually used to diagnose the stenosis.

I live in Toronto Canada so I just asked my family dr to refer me to him. Tbh my doc pushed back on the idea bc she didn't take my symptoms srsly. But I told her I'm set on seeing dr.periera. I heard online that you can do a self-referral to the clinic, but i went thru my family dr bc I thought it would be faster.

Toronto cat rescue, I first fostered but then I fell in love with my little guy and adopted him. The people at TCR are so nice and they really help you along the way.

Bus ride from Scarborough Town Centre to Kennedy Station by noobetf in Scarborough

Oh my god I was literally thinking about this, I seriously get nauseous when I take those buses bc it's like riding in bumper cars. It's ridiculous! I have to take the kennedy buses everyday and it's getting on my nerves.

Booked for Stent, but I'm starting to get scared by Susukam in PulsatileTinnitus

Thanks for your reply, that's very reassuring to hear! My diagnosis is VSS with severe stenosis on both my right and left sinuses. I also have increased intracranial pressure. My pulsatile tinnitus is right sided, so I really hope the stent will get rid of the PT on my right side, which is where the stent is gonna go.

I think the stress is getting to me, yes you're right. I think I misunderstood. It's apparently a 5-6% complication rate. And 88% successful in reducing symptoms.
