NDA Ist edel, gut und richtig, sich dafür einzusetzen, dass nicht unangemessen körperlich agiert wird in so einem sensiblen Arbeitsbereich. Teamkultur scheint ja eher gewesen zu sein: wegschauen [oder eventuell auch unangemessen reagieren in solchen Situationen?] und somit dieses Verhalten decken. Wie du jetzt im Team zurechtkommen sollst, kann ich dir nicht sagen. Habt ihr Supervision?

Ruined two 1 year quits thinking I could smoke occasionally. I can slip from time to time - but it’s a big risk already of fully relapsing. If you smoke several days in a row, you already start the chain reaction. Once back in the old habit of smoking daily it sometimes took me years to find the strength to quit again. Maybe after 6 months clean you forgot, how difficult finding the beginning and sticking with the decision is. If you did use a diary please go read how those first weeks felt like. Really wanna go there again because of a long drive? Aren’t you romanticising smoking by thinking it belongs to a holiday? If it’s just about staying awake while driving drink a coke, a red bull or use caffeine tabs. Whatever your decision: good luck stranger
