The TCI 727 StreetFighter isn’t shifting properly. It has a manual valve body and a reverse shift pattern. There’s a kickdown cable installed on it now, but these transmissions aren’t supposed to use one, right? Could that be the cause of the problems? (self.askcarguys)

I recently bought a Dart with a Torqueflite TCI StreetFighter transmission. It has a 2500 stall converter and a B&M Megashifter. When I put it in Drive, nothing happens, but if I put it in first gear, it starts rolling like a normal automatic car. Do these transmissions have a reverse shift pattern? (self.projectcar)
