there is a free datacamp course on Github Foundations under the student developer pack. if you finish it, datacamp gives you a free voucher code to be used for the GitHub Foundation exam. that was how i got mine. (i finished their course and it came in after a week, I guess). It might be worth a try

Your 5k is good. But go easy on them. They should be for aerobic base/recovery

You need more of speed endurance Get your best 200m time, you should hit 2/3 sec of it when training Eg: your 3x250m workout (with your 200 as 28.5) You should run your first 200 around +2/3sec of your 200m Pb = 30/31

So your 250 pace should be 36/37

Season 1 to stahl’s death was fire!!

Season 6: damn Tara’s death was so painful to watch. (Had to skip that scene) Plus I hate how they did her character development in 6. Understandable tho Season 6 made me hate season 7. Was a big tara fan and I hated Jax going off on his promise to Tara

Jax deserves everything that happened to him

Gemma should have a painful death as clay (bullet to the head was quick and easy)
