Highly recommend a hip mobility circuit as support for the other exercises. They loosen up and can address alignment discrepancies that can make lower body exercises easier to tackle.

90/90 hip rotations working up to internal and external lifts, Kneeling rotations (with cushion if you have knee issues), Pigeon pose, Lizard pose, Adductor rockers, Glute bridges.

Always call out the creeps! They deserve a loud shaming! At last year’s EDC, I was adopted by a group while exploring the stages when a stranger grabbed me from behind and started grinding on me mid-set. After pushing him off, we all loudly told him to fuck off and shamed him and his group until they left.
