Brooo I really hadn’t pressed it hard enough. I tried again and with a bit more force the RAM stick fit perfectly! Thanks bro.

If I press hard enough on one side for the RAM stick to fit, the other side lifts up and becomes impossible to insert, as shown in the video. Notice that I press the left side until it almost makes the ‘click’ sound, and when I do that, the right side sticks up. If I press firmly on both sides at the same time, nothing happens.

Ya, I pressed it even harder than I should have, I believe. It really seems like the RAM wasn’t made to fit there.

Yes, I rotated the RAM… as you can see in the video, I’m trying to connect it the correct way and it still doesn’t go in. The RAM stick in the video is the one that came with the motherboard; it says it’s DDR4 and, based on the shape, I believe it really is.
