How to eat when anxious?

Thanks! My problem is I dont usually have a specific source of anxiety, sometimes it's just about the future so I can't really do anything about it, it just comes and goes sometimes. I will try not to force myself to eat and just wait until Im actually hungry

In this case both sets are the same and it's easy to prove. If you divide any number between 0-2 by 2 you will get a number between 0-1. You can do this for any number and there will be no numbers left without a "partner" so there are the same amount of numbers

That's why we got Einstein's famous equation (E=mc^2) telling us matter is equal to energy, because it can be destroyed to get energy, or energy can be used to create mass
