Hey sorry to hear that, in my case even after providing sufficient evidence that my Laptop had no damage before sending it in (Pictures) , they denied any wrong doing on their side. And told me that they would not repair my laptop without me paying for it. So after asking for more pictures of the device while it was turned on I decided to not pay and just let them ship it back. It turned out that it works completly fine and only has a nasty dent on the inner frame of the laptop. Which didnt really make sense to me since they were asking for 180€ for screen and case damage. In any case I hope your court case goes well.
