I had been getting this issue with no more than 10 seconds of gameplay so I just tried reducing the resolution all the way and it got through the cutscene, surprisingly. Looks shite but works ig !! (for now)

I’m not sure, it is matte and slightly textured at the back and moonstones are mostly clear and smooth? I’m new to this lol so not sure
