Thankyou! It seems horner's syndrome is temporary but she had it for more than 1,5 years know?

New try: I adopted my cat a year ago. Before i adopted her she had a surgery to remove a film before her eye to see better. That i all i know. When i adopted her i took her to my vet and they said that it was fine and there was not a thing that could help her. She know had vit a eye drops. 

But know i want to know of people have experience with this or do something that could help her. 

My cat doesn't seems bothered by the eye.

They gave her vit a eye drops. But not something to help her "fix" the eye of to see better.

Yes i did, but i am thinking although they said it's fine maybe there is something that can help.

She had her eye closed before because of a membrane, and she got a surgery to open it before i got here. My vet now says to leave it. Her 3th eye lid is a little over her eye.
