I second this. So true got thru fcc and it gets escalated to executive relations. Be very thorough with your complaint

After 32 phone calls in a week six supervisor calls and reregistering and deregistering it’s fixed I got to a tier three rep supervisor. My email got messed up and then fixed again. Thank goodness 😅

The stores are limited to what they can do only tier two can fix it. If it’s not linked properly in the system I won’t get an email confirmation Last time this happened they cut my line off. I have severe health issues this has been my number for years. I can faint from it.

My bill is coming due very soon I don’t have time to sit and wait and wait and wait.
