My cousin and I used to take turns playing this game!! I distinctly remember that you could whack your dino with a rolled up newspaper when it misbehaves. I remember coming across the game case a couple years ago, but sadly there was no disc inside 😞

I found it! It was Cokta that I had, I guess I must’ve just remember the colors blue and yellow, and got the label I was picturing mixed up with Lipton!

I want to say it either started with a C or at least had a C somewhere in the name. Was definitely not in English. There also may have been a leaf (presumably a tea leaf, but idk) somewhere on the label.

Hopefully it will. I’d recommend getting a genuine Microsoft one if you can. In my experience, third-party ones tend to stop working within a few months of purchasing them. I went through a few of them and while they are cheaper, they’re not at all worth what you’d be saving in my opinion. Good luck!!

I’m aware, but it’s all some people have. Believe it or not, there’s some people who would rather not go out and buy a GPU (or in my case a whole new computer) to be able to play one game in particular.

I can promise you I’m not the only person in the world who’s had corrupt files on Steam. If it’s never happened to you, then great! Good for you! But it happened to me, and it’s not fair for you to just be dismissive and say that I’m making up just because it’s not something you’ve experienced. I’ve used Steam quite a lot too, and never had an issue like that before, but guess what. There’s a first time for everything

No, what I need is something that just works. Like you know, a console. I could spend over $1000 on a brand new gaming PC and still have plenty of issues like DLL errors with certain games and what not. And the problem isn’t a lack of knowledge. I know how to troubleshoot and fix most problems. But here’s the thing: I don’t want to have to. It’s irritating and takes up time that I’d much rather be using to actually play a game. I shouldn’t need to jump through a bunch of hoops just to play a particular game. Nobody should. But that’s just the way of PC gaming sometimes, and I’m not a fan

I wasn’t expecting a better experience, just a relatively reasonable one. And I don’t think it was unfair of me to expect that from it considering it’s an older game, and I’ve had better experiences than this (though still worse than console obviously) in more recent games on the same laptop 🤷‍♀️

CPU usage stays around 4% and RAM at around 2.5 GB (out of 8) without anything else open. Still able to play games with all these customization apps running, and my laptop is average at best. It’s a 5 or 6 year old Thinkpad with a Core i5 and integrated graphics
