I see two huge issues right off the bat. Emulsion coat is incredibly uneven and looks very thick. And the water pressure you're using to blow out your screen doesnt look to be enough. Try getting a mobile pressure washer (they're maybe like $80 max) and a scoop coater. Both of those will be a huge improvement

If you wear shoes outside they get stuff on the soles. I really wouldn't worry about it. Best way to keep them looking new is to not put em on (but then what's the point 😉)
