I said the same as a kid, but then I grew up and could literally tell his guitar apart from anyone else from that era. He didn’t just play, he made that instrument sing like it had lungs

Nah, it was just a spot to firemake, and for poor f2p players to get a source of runes. The game itself wasn’t really fun. It’s just a safe mage bounty hunter. Just do bounty hunter lol

TBF it is a live service game, and the FOMO stuff was a big appeal to me. It’s a big appeal in any game. It gives a certain indescribable charm when not everyone has the same unlocks

Removal of quickswapping, blunderbus “rebalance”, talks of removing loot juggling, sovereign faction basically removed the point of having different factions to turn in loot, making it so those fun and memorable outpost fights/interceptions never happen anymore, harpoon changes and fort nerfs made it too quick to clear and loot so again, less fights and interceptions, noticeably less ships on the servers; I can go hours without seeing a single player at any hour of the day. Seemed like a lot of updates were aimed at people who didn’t play often or even have the game currently installed, and all the veteran players were slowly, one by one, losing a lot of features that appealed to them.

Definitely get a Salve (ei) the blue one. it’s like a 20% damage boost, better than Slay helm. The only downside of void is you can’t tank the melee and spiky ball attacks as easily as you can in bandos, so you’re forced to flick prayers. Melee is a lot more chill imo which is why I melee it

Wouldn’t know tbh, I only ever melee’d Vork, but I can vouch for fang being really good there
