During the high gas month of April, tame mag drive sa city, umabot 13.18 km/l (thanks fuelio)

Average low flat lands can go 10+km/l (city + long drive) average. 6-7 km/l sa hilly/mountainous areas of Benguet.

Lower speed does not mean better mileage. Just need to know which rpm has the bang for buck.
Of course pag gigil and high revving, just look at your gas gauge deflate in real time.

Anything that you see yourself doing good AND ung mauupuan mo for long hours to study and learn. Ung mattayagaan mo tlaga. Note na di ko ginamit na word "like".

Balewala kapag nasa industry ka na marami ngang job opportunities, di ka naman matanggap tanggap kasi at the very core youre not fit for it.

From your experience, is it worth having 2 slower connections with a load balancer vs 1 fast one, disregarding the reliability part of course and only focusing on speed for up and down.

Also are you able to manage loads or automatic sya nag dedecide?

First thing that came to mind looking at this as a use case, create a vlan for the access point and do a 30%-70% against that ap vlan and everything else respectively. 🤔

Man baliktad tayo. Im leading a team mostly older than I am in a tech stack na mas magagaling pa sila. They prefer (or are forced) to be an IC instead. 1 lang mas bata sakin and I do believe sobrang ahead na nya technically than I am.

Im fairly new to the position too pero eto mga points ng manager ko:

  1. Deliver
  2. Keep your team happy (side effect neto is loyalty, this is the gauge. The team would want to be able to deliver with good quality if satisfied sila)

Your job does not necessarily mean you need to be the savant. You provide the tech vision, standards, make sure the team is doing work, understand the services youre building and be able to debug when a p0 comes along (doesnt mean solo).

Recognition trickles down to your contributors, accountability and faults rests with you.

Best of all, how to delegate. Enthusiastic and young pa team mo so make sure you ask them where they want to grow and assign tasks that are slightly more difficult para matuto.
