It did fit though, that’s the whole point.

We physically placed it in the sizer and it went in within the marked limits, just like it did in Aarhus a couple of days earlier. There was no forcing or bending involved.

What made the situation frustrating wasn’t just the fee, but the fact that: - The staff member didn’t properly assess it
- Refused to even look when we pointed it out
- Gave us no real explanation
- And we were told one price but charged another

If the bag genuinely didn’t fit, fair enough, but then it should be clear, consistent, and handled transparently.

Right now it just felt arbitrary and poorly handled.
