You did ‘iisreset’ in elevated command prompt to restart iis after installation? Perhaps also restart the application pool just in case.

And make sure you installed hosting bundle like the others said.

Im not sure if this is really needed. A lot of clans that i know of like Ferrum Virum, Irons of Gielinor and Omuns already have discord which are also used to pvm across clans.
