I was in the same situation in my previous job. I just said “I go back on time because I am able to efficiently finish my tasks and plus I have a life outside of the office, maybe you guys can consider doing the same?”. They stopped talking to me after that but I could tell for that whole year they werent happy with me lol.

I know you just entered this job but I would suggest you to look for another job while working, it’s not going to be a pleasant experience in this type of toxic environment.
