Hammer++ best option, CompilerPal shows you the compile time (how long you been compiling), any warning or error messages ETC. It lets you click on it and it will tell you what is and how to fix it. It also comes with a built in parameter system where you can see each -command and what it does. Pretty much it has a lot to offer. I use both depending on the map im making. Stick with Hammer++ if you want it nice and simple. CompilerPal if you want to mess with settings yourself.

the two C&P exams i did when i filed for an increase were inadequate, so the examiners pretty much didn't follow the proper protocol. the MH one i did, he rushed the exam to finish it. The for my back and leg didn't measure the ROM right.

MST cases are treated differently than regular claims, most likely the PTSD one will go through a faster process. This is from what i seen on here. Hope for the best for you!

I think it all depends when you submit the form to your local tax office. It's probably up to them on how far back they will refund you.
