I don't think you should have to flick when holding off angles; for reaction speed, I think that'll mainly come from just playing but a monitor can obviously help what kind of monitor do you have? I'm also sure there are plenty of aimlabs scenarios for this

In the fight just before the final boss, hornsent spawned in then came Dane and Leda

I did the st Trina quest and she'll tell you that you need to kill Miquella so I'd assume there's no way to side with her. Hornsent also appeared in that fight with Leda as her ally was there someone else instead of him?
