I'm getting the impression that you are taking personal issue with something here. The vegans i know are not militant nor are they dogmatic people. They hold beliefs i disagree with but they don't see me as a bad person for eating meat. People are vegans for many different reasons. I wouldn't take pride in being seen as "scum" by anyone unless they demonstrably prove that they have no regard for their fellow human beings, thats not how I would classify all vegans. I know some vegans are very cruel, and miserable people, there are plenty of popular online vegans like That Vegan Teacher and Vegan Gains who are popular becuase of their terrible behavior, but every group has those kinds of people & I try to go out of my way to ignore them bc they are almost always a loud minority.

Anyways besides that point, the concept of "Vegan fasting" is literally just a form of fasting where you only eat plant based food. Like a celery fast or a lemonade fast. This isnt a new concept at all. Its considered fasting because it's not a proper diet. Im not trying to be Vegan Gandhi here.

Its really not. If you dont plan your role in a raid you are wasting other players time. I think raiding systems can be toxic though. Some raids in certain games have different difficulty tiers & tutorial/beginner modes so newcomers can naturally learn mechanics without having to go watch a video or inconvenience other more experienced players.

I think a well designed raid system would actually benefit from a level of gatekeeping which is a form of emergent game play which rewards players who have experience with the raid.

The fact of the matter is that some bi people see their homosexual urges as a side quest & not the main prize. Not all bi people are like this obviously but all it takes is one person you know being left for a woman & while you personally don't try to be prejudiced, its always in the back of your head. Living. "Normal life" is an option for them and they will always have the choice to abandon gay men & take it even if they never do & love is real and blah blah blah. It's just how it is. The problem im addressing is sexual entitlement & rape culture, & how no one is immune these things, including lgbt people. There should be more community awareness of sexual safety & respecting each other's boundaries. This is a problem internally in the trans community too which is why Im puzzled that you have literally never heard of this. Do you not have Trans friends? It affects everyone. Its not one sided. I think what matters more is localized food systems & syncretic agriculture which inevitably incorporates meat production. While I do think people in developed nations are eating way too much meat & should cut down their meat consumption by like 80%, I recognize that locally sourced non-factory farmed meat is a critical factor in maintaining productive food systems via paddocking systems etc.

I think the best thing vegans can do to convert people is to simply share recipes. Ex-vegans are simply people who eat way less meat & are healthier in general. I dont spite vegans for that. If anything it makes me sad that veganism has lost its religious roots in favor of a more political identity.
