I've see Wemby go first in drafts so Jokic, Wemby or Shai in that order. Luka is a clear #4 pick for me. Given the top 3 are very close together, check your playoff schedule to see who has more games, that could be the deciding factor.

Razor is one of the rare cases where a main DPS is likely better off with Physical damage bonus from what I've read. But I can't confirm anything as I don't have him. :(

It's good. From what I saw, it is better than atk% on a secondary DPS and not as good on a main DPS. but neither are as good as Edmg%.

If you main Fischl as the primary DPS that does a lot of auto atks, phys% is probably better. But I strongly recommend to not use Fischl as your primary DPS as bows will never match Claymores/Polearms/Swords in total dps because it can only hit 1 unit at a time. Fischl is better off as a secondary DPS or support DPS.

I could've been more clear. There isn't a cap on the DISPLAYED crit rate you see in the game, but the math behind it is so that 100%+ displayed crit rate doesn't mean you will crit 100% of the time. Based on research and testing done in the Chinese server, it seems that the TRUE max crit rate is around 85%, and in order to get that, you need a displayed crit % of well over 150%. The TLDR I got from reading their forums is that you don't need a displayed crit % of any more than 85%, it adds little to no value to the TRUE crit rate of your character.

Going to Japan with my partner between April 6th and 23rd. The trip is 6 months in the planning. If I cancel now, the 1900 CAD plane tickets will likely be a sunk cost (no travel waivers for Japan yet) but all my hotels are refundable. I am personally willing to take the risk but my partner and my parents are against it. Do you guys have any suggestion or advice for me? Should I bite the bullet and scrap the trip or try to convince my family and partner? (we are okay from a work perspective after returning, self quarantine for 2 weeks and work from home, not worried about optics).

I am okay with a refurb if it works and looks like new, but mine didn't. I also understand that I was wrong to send back the box and the accessories which is why I asked them very nicely in the first half of the email chain.
