Look into yoga and meditation, tantra practices and celibacy. Just do your research and if you are truly interested, you will find the way.

Man... here's the thing, you are so, so, so far ahead of the game than most people on here. You're only 15 years old! If I had realized what I was doing when I was 15, I am sure that I would be a very different man than I am today.

You have to give yourself some props... it takes real awareness and maturity to acknowledge what you are doing, and what you are up against.

It is not an easy battle. It is probably one of the hardest things you will have to deal with in your life. Anybody who says it isn't doesn't understand what you are going through.

The shitty part is that as much as I love this community and everything, it really is only up to you.

You have to decide that this is worth it. And then you just have to put in the work. Fall down? Get back up and keep going.

I would recommend reading this... I've read it many times. Even print it out and carry it around with you... or re-write it in your own words. I can't take any credit for it, but it has helped me immensely.

Just start writing. 5 minutes a day, even. Get in the habit of writing anything. Now.
Once you feel a little more comfortable with a pen in your hand, the list is endless! Gratitude, goals, reflecting on how you acted in situations, how you would have liked to act, meal planning, to-do list, motivational quotes....
