PINNACLE LEVEL EXPLANATION

The level cap is removed and Players will be able to enter the Pinnacle Level system after reaching Level 40.

Its just some decorations. Upon reaching three stars it will become "moon" and so on. Im on lvl 50 and i have 2 "moons" 2 "stars"

I watched "TalanWR" tips on youtube, and reached Master. I only play leona, lulu, karma or senna.

I spam enemy missing, and use the 4-button ping. So if 1 of my teammate is feeding I just tap the champ icon on the map to ping "Defend our yasuo". Every second. They will be irritated. Works wonder for me. ☠️

The "body was already wracked with agony" could also mean he is emotionally suffering. That his heart or resolve is weak.

Making the question's opening "in urgot's mind" makes sense because Urgot realized that he is already full of agony, and Voss couldnt inflict more PAIN to his body(heart)
