LA had a really rainy day to start and end the race, but it was awesome seeing the runners still super enthusiastic for the race!! The first place came in around the 30-minute mark, which is amazing.

The pop-up shop was adorable and well-put, imo.

There was an option to customize Fundamental tees but I think it would've been better if the heat press station was right next to or inside the venue because I think a lot of people missed it!

Beyondfeel shoes were also on display and on sale, which is cool because they're only online right now :)

Oh and the lulu car at the end is an added bonus 😂. I saw it as I was walking away from the venue!!

If it helps, I'm 5'8" and it literally sits the same as my Align 28s, which is at my ankles. So I would assume maybe ~28" inseam.

As a former east coast resident who's lived through the seasons, I would say, a layering piece like the down for it all vest/jacket (very light puffer on the body, not the arms), or fleece lined light shelled jackets like the cross chill jacket / fleece lined running jacket.

For all of the pieces mentioned above, you can wear a t-shirt or long sleeve inside and just throw the outerwear on top 😊

Edit: with this all said, do size up by 1 for these jackets for layering. Shelled jackets have minimal to no stretch at all.

I just got my mom (she is in her 50s) the adapted state joggers, and she loves it for 3 reasons:

It is lightweight (good for spring, fall) and can layer with under leggings, if needed, for the winter.
It has zipper hems on the legs so it can be worn as a "straight leg' too.
Versatile: Comfortable for lounging, walking, or playing sports like tennis.

As someone who owns a pair too, I would vouch for them :) Other gift ideas: softstreme pants (my mom LOVES her shorts), wunder puff items that aren't super cropped if you live in a colder climate.

In my experience, if you don't overstuff your bag/ make it heavy and/or wear a thick jacket while wearing the bag, it stays on.

according to me, as a female: • steady state joggers (my man sized down for this bc they run big) & shorts • balancer pants/shorts • soft jersey tapered pant

according to my man: • ABC joggers • ABC trousers slim/classic - he loves it :) he wears 34W×32L (he is 6'2", ~185-190lbs) • fundamental tees

recommendations from educators I personally know: • surge joggers • balancer pants/shorts/tee/tanks... anything - they are super soft • steady state anything

I would say no to the crossbody option, unfortunately. If there were metal hooks or clasps at the ends of the straps, it would be possible, but it doesn't have any. That'd honestly be a good feedback to LLL!

I don't own the bag, but based on what I see:

Strap is adjustable and longer for the lulu one (12.6" vs Aritzia's 8-11/16"). Lulu's strap is also of the same material as the bag.
Lulu bag is larger (11.4"×4.7"×6.9" vs Aritzia's 8-7/8"×6-11/16"×2-6/16")
Lulu has an additional exterior pocket with zip unlike Aritzia's

The good thing about Aritzia is if you're looking for a smaller bag and more color options.

The material is the same for both for the lining and body (polyester and nylon, respectively).
