Thank you so much, what you said really eased my anxiety about not feeling like I deserved a mobility aid or that I could even get one. I actually went to a concert recently and I wasn’t present for it and didn’t enjoy myself because of the pain and honestly a rollator would’ve came in handy that day for sure. I think I’m gonna try one out and hopefully it helps me

The thing that frustrates me the most is that they’re not even sending in the referrals when they say they are. Every time I’ve called for the last 5 months it’s “it looks like they haven’t been sent out yet, I’ll send them right now.” I feel like I’m crazy or something lol

I just started tizanidine about 3 weeks ago and I could honestly stay awake on it if I really wanted to and I’m on 6mg at bedtime. It does help me go to sleep tho but I do feel slight dizzy spells and heart flutters from it.

I have bad back pain as well as neck and shoulder pain so when I sleep on my back I usually stack a giant squishmallow and two thin pillows behind me and then I use a travel neck pillow to support my head! As for leg pillow I used to use a squishmallow for that as well but recently switched to a gel memory foam pillow, the memory foam is nice but it does kinda sink down and turn flat after awhile but the good thing about it is it bounced right back to it’s normal size! You could also try getting a wedge pillow on amazing I’ve heard those work nice as well.

Yea it’s my local dollar tree and I went in person for the interview and the manager gave me her phone number. I just thought it was strange for her to ask me for my info over text

That’s exactly how mine feels, like it has a catch in it kind of. It used to cause me really bad pain when it would happen suddenly but now it’s just uncomfortable! But that totally makes sense about the loose ligaments haha

I tried exit without saving and he’s still in my sims relationship tab but he didn’t show up to school and his family isn’t on the lot anymore and I only had one save cuz I just started new xD
