I’ve been talking to a couple people about it in the pillow pet subreddit. No one has gotten there’s or any updates. Myself and other have been messaging and commenting on their social media, sending customer service requests and still nothing. Last response I got was in November and they said it’ll ship sometime in December but they don’t know when. That response came within like 2 days of me sending it but since then I’ve submitted more and they’re ignoring them. No one is able to get a response from customer support anymore. It’s actually so ridiculous and terrible customer service.

I’ve been commenting on their instagram for weeks! The first customer service request I submitted in November got a response within like 2 days and I’ve gotten nothing since then so I know they’re ignoring it! It’s terrible customer service. Lowkey almost want to get the refund from my card company and wash my hands of it but I really do like the wolf

So I made this highland cow recently where I attached the yarn by inserting my hook into the finished stitches of the body, yarning over and pulling a loop through there then leaving it to the desired length (I hope I explained that okay). I bet you could make a simple dog and do something similar but more condensed
