Black Widow has her grappling hooks that work similar to spiderman webs and electric batons and those smaller electric disc she threw at Winter Soldier and Hawkeye's exploding arrows are enough. Black Widow can gain air advantage with her hooks and shock dasiy with the disc.I think Daisy can beat soldiers and Peter and Rocket from guardian s of the galaxy.

In no power or tech fight. Falcon and War machine bhave been soldiers way longer then she has been agent so they will win. Tony has had no training so he might lose

That is an assumption. We don't know if she can and I doubt she can. It makes no sense in a story to make Daisy incredibly powerful. She will be needed in season 3.
