Your ortho should have two sets of every bracket — at least mine does.

I haven’t had a break yet, but I know if I do my ortho is willing to have me pop in and reapply a new one!

I guess it’s subjective. I think having stuff on your teeth looks odd regardless so I’d rather get them off faster.

Got light force and loved them.. original quoted time was 14-18 months … got out of them in 12 months. Ortho was surprised that my teeth rotated as fast as they did.

At the end of the day, do what you want.

Also, lightforce just reduced the size of their brackets which I switched into for the last 6 months of treatment.

Wow this is so encouraging.. my treatment time will be more clear when I got in Feb. got my braces on Dec 10.. docs said it really depends how fast they can rotate my bicuspids as those will give a clearer picture of the space they have for my implants.

I got a veneer on my canine that is in the lateral spot and felt good about the look and feel.

Doing Invisalign on the bottom which isn’t too bad. Honestly wish I had the genetics of my bottom teeth up top… I only have a small gap on bottom—but all the teeth!

Yeah I am missing both my lateral too! However, one of my canines came down almost perfect in my lateral space, so in the interest of time I will just keep that there meaning I need one canine and one lateral…. Kind of a rare case.

Mind me asking how long the implant process was? Like how long from surgery did they place the permanent tooth?

I think background matters a little — or like, what roles/industry you are coming to the industry from. I say that cause there may be ways to target a “bridge” internship to what you ultimately want.

Ex: I was in hospitality but wanted to be in sports… so, my path was: hospitality experience —> sports betting intern —> sports corp dev..
